After careful consideration, we at Klub Safari (KS) have decided to open up to franchising opportunities to offer everyone the chance to share in our brand nationwide!
We based our decision on the fact that despite an isolated location, Klub Safari has managed to build up a huge, very loyal and ever growing fan base all over Surigao del Sur and Agusan del Sur with majority of our customers travelling from neighbouring towns such as Hinatuan, Lianga, Barobo, Bislig, Tandag and San Francisco, often for long distances, just to come here to Tagbina and enjoy our excellent freshly prepared foods!
We offer the same great tasting and affordable food now nation-wide that Surigao families have come to love through the years, like Barkada and many other burgers, nachos, tacos, pizzas, pastas etc etc..

Franchise Fee
Klub Safari offers reasonably priced entry fees, and a continuous support, your success is our success, so we wish to have a long and fruitful partnership with our franchisees.

Initially a 320,000 franchise fee, good for first year.
Starting second year there will be a 5000 pesos membership fee per month, which will increase 10% per annum up to 5 years.
As a member you will enjoy certain privileges and automatically be part of our promotional campaigns.

Other investment considerations:
There will be construction, equipment, furnishings and initial working capital, which may vary depending on outlet size and location.
Klub Safari starts off as a restaurant, but can easily be extended into an evening lounge with live music, or a coffee and tea shop with afternoon sets. Rooms can be added to turn it into a cozy inn with added services such as a spa, sauna and parlour with massage, manicure and other treatments.
Franchisees can also opt into our healthy food and lifestyle organization at preferential rates.
What is the term of the franchise agreement?
The initial term to franchise is five (5) years, with succeeding two renewals of five (5) years each and three (3) years each, respectively for dine-in stores and take-out outlets.
What is the location requirement for a store?
A floor area of about 100 to 250 square meters that can seat about 30 to 200 customers is required. Ideal locations are: visible and accessible from major thoroughfares; passenger terminals of public utility vehicles; community centers or malls; near markets; commercial/ business district; and areas with high foot and vehicle traffic, preferably with parking nearby.
Will we be given an operations manual?
Yes. As our franchisee you will receive a copy of the confidential Franchise Operations Manual. This contains the policies and procedures involved in running a KS store. You will be given a copy of the manual immediately after signing of Franchise Agreement and payment of Franchise Fee.
What training will we receive as franchisees?
For a franchisee of an KS dine-in store, the owner and 2 of his employees shall receive extensive training for at least 15 days, which includes 10 days at a Company-owned store and an additional 5 days upon soft opening at the franchisee store. Ongoing assistance can be given as reasonably required,
Where do we get the supplies and ingredients?
We will train you where to shop for ingredients and the correct way to prepare them. Certain ingredients will be supplied through us.
Design
For dine-in facilities, the franchise will follow standard KS Resto design and lay-out that characterizes a typical KS Resto. This includes decorations, furniture design, lay-out, music, signage which will be suggested and or provided by KS or its accredited contractors and suppliers only.

– Letter of Intent specifying the exact location, size and other details of the proposed site (indicate if owned or leased)
– Location Map of your proposed site
– Applicant’s Personal Resume with 2X2 colored Picture and contact numbers
– Character References with contact numbers (not related to the applicant)
– Bank Certification (with authorization / waiver for credit check)
